In anticipation of Diwali, Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, made a special announcement on November 6th. He shared the great news of a bonus being granted to the hardworking Group B non-gazetted and Group C employees working for the Delhi Government. The Delhi government has set aside a generous budget of ₹56 crore to reward around 80,000 dedicated employees, as shared by the Delhi CM.
He announced, “We’re granting a ₹7,000 bonus to the hardworking Group B non-gazetted and Group C employees in the Delhi Government. Presently, we have about 80,000 dedicated individuals in these categories. This initiative will involve an expenditure of ₹56,000 crores to ensure they receive this well-deserved bonus.
