Chandrayaan 3 Landing Update: Successful Ramp Deployment of Pragyan Rover from Vikram Lander to the Moon

On August 23rd, following the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft in the southern polar region of the Moon, the Pragyan rover has descended onto the lunar surface from the Vikram lander.

” The Indian Space Research Organisation( ISRO) participated a videotape on Friday, August 25th, showcasing the rollout of the rover from the lander. The videotape captures a major moment in India’s space charge. According to their post, the rover actually landed on the Moon on Wednesday, August 23rd, the same day it was stationed. The images captured by the lander’s imager camera show the rover gracefully moving down the ramp onto the lunar face.”
